Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada 

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping in the US is $10.00 for standard ground shipping. Faster service, such as overnight or 2-day shipping, is charged at actual rates, which vary depending on location.

For Canada orders shipping is charged at actual rates based on the region. Canadian customers are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes applicable at the time of delivery.

International Shipping (except for Canada) is not available at this time. We understand your interest in our products and are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities to reach customers worldwide. How long does shipping take?

The method we use is UPS Ground or US Postal Service. These are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Faster services are available but are charged at actual rates. These include 2-day and overnight shipping.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the TRACK icon on the main Help page, and then by entering your email and order number in the fields.
