Return, refund & exchange policy

FOR US ORDERS

All Dreampad products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days, you may return the product in original packaging for a full refund. Please note that the 30-day period begins when your order is placed.  This allows us to accurately track when the 30-day period is concluded.  You should be able to evaluate the product within this amount of time.  If for some reason shipping is seriously delayed, please contact us and we can extend the return period window.  


After a return is requested, we will email you a return confirmation and a return label. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your money on the original payment method you provided at checkout. If you do not receive your confirmation within a day, please check your spam or junk folder, or email us at [email protected].


Please note:  you must return all products within their original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Orders returned without all items included will be charged a $40.00 fee, which will be deducted from the refund.  


Also note:  please return order within original boxes or equivalent-sized boxes.  Because return shipping charges are highly sensitive to box size, we must charge a $15.00 fee for orders returned in larger than original boxes. This amount will be deducted from the refund provided. 


FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Regrettably, due to the high cost of return shipping, we do not provide refunds for international orders.  


INSTRUCTIONS

Please return the pillow and all accessories (please put in accessory bag) that are included in your original purchase. 


You must use the original box to return your product.  Using a larger box will increase the cost of freight significantly.  Returning items not in the original packaging will result in a $15.00 charge to cover additional freight costs.  This will result in a reduction of $15.00 from the amount refunded.

  1. Please log in to your customer account by clicking the link below and getting the 6-digit code.  From your account page, find the order you would like to return, open the order, and then initiate the return by clicking the button REQUEST RETURN in the upper right of the page.  Click here to get started.

  2. You will receive a printable return shipping label by email.

  3. Please print this and affix to the original box. If you have lost or disposed of this box, please use a box of the same size or smaller.  Using larger boxes will result in a $15.00 charge to cover additional freight costs.  

  4. Insert the pillow into the original plastic bag. Include the Bluetooth receiver, charging cable, both adapters, and extension cable that were included with your original purchase.  Please use the accessory bag if possible.

  5. Drop off at any location accepting US Postal Service packages.

  6. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

We accept returns if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.  We offer exchanges but there is a $15.00 charge to cover additional shipping costs.  

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer full refunds if you are not satisfied with the product, provided you return all items in original packaging within 30 days from the time of order. Additional charges will be applied for orders returned without all original items in original packaging.  

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale items are eligible for returns also.
