Occasionally the Bluetooth device or other accessories may need to be replaced, while the pillow may be perfectly fine.  If you are enjoying the Dreampad pillow or Aurras but are having trouble with connection, please let us know by submitting a ticket and we will ship you a new connection device at no charge.
