Can I change my order?

You can change your order if the item has not yet shipped.  You can check the status of your order by clicking the Track button in Help Center, and then entering your email and order number. If you cannot find the order number please contact us at [email protected].

If your order has not shipped, we can cancel the original order and place an order for a different item. You will be refunded for the original order and we will send you an invoice to pay for the new order.  Once the new order is paid, we will ship this item.

If your order has already shipped and you wish to change the order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will initiate a process to return the original item and send a new item.  You will need to return the original item and we will then refund the original purchase price.  A new order will be created and an invoice sent to you for payment. Because of the high cost of shipping, there is a $20 charge for change orders.  The new item will then be sent.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order for a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped.  If it has already shipped, please submit a return request and follow that process.  After receipt of the original items in their original packaging, we will refund your original purchase amount.
